We all need a little TLC at the moment. Our tartly sweet, crimson-coloured Red Love juice – made only with the unique Red Love apple – is the perfect partner for making cocktails this Valentine’s Weekend. Or simply sip on its own, it’s sweet enough as it is.

Hotel Bartender Anna shares her favourite Red Love cocktail recipes you can mix, shake, pour and sip before dinner.

Red Rum

  • 50ml Dark Spiced Rum
  • 100ml Red Love Apple Juice
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Choose your favourite highball glass, fill with ice and chill in the fridge. After 5 mins; take your Rum, Apple Juice and Bitters. Add to the glass, stir gently until combined. Finish with a slice of dehydrated apple.

Gin Love

  • 50ml Dry Gin or Red Love Gin
  • 75ml Red Love Apple Juice
  • 15ml Elderflower cordial
  • 75ml soda

Choose a large wine or gin glass, fill with ice and chill. Combine gin, Apple Juice and cordial, stir gently, add the soda and serve with a slice of dehydrated apple and fresh rosemary.

Ruby & Spiced (alcohol-free)

  • 100ml Red Love Apple Juice
  • 75ml Ginger Beer
  • 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Take your favourite tumbler, fill with ice and chill in the fridge.
After 5 mins; take your Ginger Beer, Apple Juice and Bitters. Add to the glass, stir gently until combined. Finish with a slice of dehydrated apple.
